With the begining of greatest Hindu Festival Police are now strict on drunk drivers on the day time too.It used to be only at the night police were charging drunk drivers but in the fall festivals they are strict on those matter even in the day too.Though it is not allowed to drive while drunk but Nepal Police were not much serious on the day but for the security reason in the festivals they have put forward these steps too.
